RedBull Money Talk: Where could you make some money by betting for this election?

My real topic today is about brainwash. Brainwash is a widespread virus globally. In the past it was something largely seen in dictatorship authoritarian countries like communist countries. In other countries with more democratic system in place like US and European countries, brainwash was not any sort of concern for people living there. But this has been changed dramatically in recent years. Believe or not, we have been heavily brainwashed nowadays and unfortunately the US society has been widely brainwashed by the leftism, supported and aided by the major media. Sadly, the blue wave is moving faster and faster that may eventually submerge the whole country with no easy way to turn back! A socialist United States of America was unthinkable like a pie in the sky in the recent past but is becoming more and more a potential reality. Believe or not, we are marching towards a socialist country following the exact footsteps of Venezuela. This is a huge topic beyond the scope of this short blog.

Today I just want to alert you a brainwash managed by AI. Yes, it sounds like a horrible movie that AI is starting to try to manipulate the way we think and behavior. If you don't know yet, Google is using AI to do machine learning to manage its widely used Google Translator. How has the GT been trained to mislead people? Someone posted a short video on Youtube a few days ago to demonstrate the following: When one typed in "Joe Biden just lost the election", it translated to Chinese "拜登刚刚赢得大选"。 Is it just a simple mistake? No! If one typed Trump for the same sentence, then the Chinese would read correct as 川普刚刚输掉大选。

How interesting it is! It means we are not only brainwashed by direct means but also by more insidious ways that you may not even realize what has been sold to you in trying to fool you. If you still believe your own brain and don't want to be washed blindly, be careful about what you have seen and read. Don't take anything for granted. Better always think twice what makes most sense and important for you and your family future!

By the way, before I wrote this blog, I also tried but apparently Google translate has corrected this after being exposed of this dirty trick. But this does not mean it won't happen again in some other ways. Purposefully directing your search results to left-dominated sources has been widely reported these day on Google search. As you know, the CEOs of Facebook, Google and Twitter faced another grilling from senators last Wed for their roles of deliberately suppressing conservative, religious and anti-abortion views and trying to influence the election. I hope the current legal protection for their businesses should be removed soon and they can face tons of lawsuits to pay their prices if they don't change their dirty behaviors.
